Our workforce consists of professionals with at least 10 years of experience in drilling, completions, production, HSE and engineering. Most of them began their careers working for oilfield service companies, with a deep understanding of how equipment works, both downhole and surface. What kind of insurance coverage NPC provides to its customers?
NPC provides General Liability, Professional and Pollution Liability as required and governed by each customer’s Master Service Agreement.
In which basins does NPC concentrate?
NPC goes where the customer goes and can provide experienced well site talent in all the major US onshore basins.
How quickly is NPC able to fulfill a staffing request?
As soon as a few hours. NPC has a continuous pool of available talent that can deploy as needed.
Who will be my NPC contact?
Every customer is assigned a dedicated company representative who understands your unique requirements and contractual terms and will coordinate with and support the consultants we place at your well sites.
Are all your consultants 1099s?
No, our attractive employee compensation packages appeal to many experienced personnel who choose to be W-2 employees on the NPC payroll.
How long do your consultants work with an operator?
NPC consultants may work a single well project or remain in place for many years, progressing from well to well to support the operator’s program.
Does NPC provide training to its consultants?
NPC provides its full-time employees training to keep certifications current. Additionally, a negotiated training rate allows consultants to participate in customer training programs.
